Tried since Friday night to contact support because I want to exchange my pass for another type. No response from them yet. I don’t want to activate the pass, since it’s harder to exchange them, but in the meantime, I can’t use the pass for traveling. Anyone know how to contact a live person at Eurorail?

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests. Please let Customer Support know that you are currently travelling so that they can prioritise your request correctly.

I did as you suggested, still no response after 24 hours 


Pleas check the exchange policy.

Basically, all exchanges start with you buying a new pass (which you can use immediately) and then requesting the exchange.
