Hey, I‘m Giovanna :)

I’m travelling with an Eurail Pass trough Scandinavia at the moment. Unfortunately I got Corona and was very very I’ll the last days. Because of that, I had to stay longer in Stockholm, but forget because I was so ill, to cancel one of my travel days. Unfortunately it was the one to go back to my home country. 
Now I‘m in Stockholm and I want to go back, but I can‘t, because I lost my travel day. Is there any chance to get it back? I‘m a bit desperate.

Only Customer Support can help you with this. Contact them through this form and describe your problem. Write your pass number and that you are currently travelling. If you are lucky you will get a travel day back.

The advice from the experienced travellers is to never activate a travel day in advance. If your travel plans change in a late stage you can loose a travel day.
