Recently I tried to book Eurostar by your system, and you know, it doesn’t work. As a result, I try to reserve the seat in B-eruop website, but they require the cover number. So please send me cover number… The one I want to reserve was already sold out.. it make me really sad..

There are a lot of people like me.

To solve this question, I wish Eurail company to improve their system by solving error when booking Eurostar by your site reservation system, or changing the booking way in B-europe website to require pass reference not cover number.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please mention the start date of your travel when you contact Customer Support .

You can book the Eurostar by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.
