Hello,

I am having a similar problem to a few other people on the forum, where the date of birth for both of the travelers I got passes for is wrong by one day. I submitted a request to customer service to change it. However, I am concerned they will not get back to me in time, as I am traveling in just a couple days. I did not mention that the request was urgent when I submitted the customer service request. Should I submit a new customer service request specifying how urgent my request is?

Yes, submit a new request using this form and clearly write when you will start your travel. It is not enough to write "urgent", you must specify the start date for your travel.
