Hi I want to buy a pass with 4 days a month. Does that mean if I travelled for Two days would have Two days left that month. Also can I travel in England to visit people before my train from St Pancras same day before Midnight. As I stay in Scotland

On 2 of your pass days (not extra days) you can take as many trains as you'd like in your own country.
You could stop enroute if you'd like but you'll need to take the Eurostar on that same day unless you want to use another of those inbound/outbound days.
Remember the mandatory reservations onboard Eurostar : 30€ with a passholder quota so book in advance ! (35€ to NL)
