I did get a payment receipt. But not the pass. what can I do?

We need a few more details - If it is a mobile pass have you received an e-mail with your pass details? How did you get payment confirmation?

You will probably need to contact customer service, but give us more details and we will try to help.

After checking in our system, we can see that your previous payment issue was already resolved. The payment has been processed by one of our agents for a full refund on Apr 21, 2023.
