Didn't Use all Travel Days - Eligible for Refund?

Hello there,

If you purchased a 7 day Global Flex Pass, but ended up only using 5 of those days, are you eligible for a refund on the days you didn't use?

No, that is not possible. Only unused passes are refunded if the conditions for the pass allows that.
