I have not received my pass number or the pass itself. I filled in the form correctly but I have not received anything. I didn't realise until now because I hadn't started to organise the trip yet. 
I don't know what I can do or if the problem is mine or a mistake of discover eu, I think I did it right :(

You need to contact the company that issued your pass. If they haven’t taken your money it won’t have been issued
