The cheapest is to buy a Supersparperis Europa ticket at Deutsche Bahn. Right now the price from München to Paris for a train leaving at 6.51 is 74,90 EUR on the 17th of December.
Also check if a Probe BahnCard 25 would make it cheaper (if you don't have a BC25 yet). It's only €17.90 and will amortise pretty quickly for such journeys.
