I am trying to get in contact with Interrail for more than 2 weeks now, but I don't get any respond and I have no clue what to do right now. I literally tried every way of contact. 

There went something wrong with the payment and apparently I paid twice, but I only got one pass. So I need that money back, but I can't get in contact. I am worried that I will never get my money back 😞 What should I do?

Did you contact customer service? If yes, then you'll have to wait until they reply. Unfortunately, they're currently very busy.

The same has happened with me. 

I got one pass but with double payment. There is no security as such on Eurail wherein a 2FA is asked before debiting the amount which is quite bothering. 

I have been trying to reach the customer service but with no response. 

This is really frustrating. 

Any help would be appreciated.
