Yes of course you can use the pass on these trains but keep in mind that there are expensive mandatory reservations on those high-speed trains. These can sell out days in advance.
Thalys : 32€ (+2€ booking fee) per person
TGV Paris - Barcelona : 35€ (+2€) per person
Regular tickets a long time in advance might be cheaper.
You can have a look at alternative routes, for example :
- Mannheim - Paris-Est 17€ (+2€)
- Paris Gare de Lyon - Perpignan TGV 10-20€ (+2€)
- Perpignan - Portbou TER reservation-free
- Portbou - Barcelona Cercanias reservation-free
Unfortunately, DB does not sell TGV reservations anymore, except for the TGV Germany-France.
Thank you both for the quick reply
we have already made the journey that I stated but was not aware of the this pass
It is also with just one transfer Paris Nord to Paris Garde de Lyon wich is about 15 min on the Metro
Thank you again for the information
Regards
Yes maybe the pass + reservations might be cheaper than regular tickets but I'm not sure.
At least you get 2 more travel days to use :)
