We bought 2 senior 15 day flexible Eurail passes and started using them on 19th of April. Now it's saying they've expired after using on 2 days only. How can we fix this?
Could you please go yo My Pass and check what validity is mentioned underneath "Eurail Global Pass”? Like in this screenshot, where it says "3 Dec-17 Dec”:

I can't see that it is expired here ?
The pass is valid until 18th June and you have 14 travel days left
Indeed, could you please post a screenshot of where you see a message about something expired?
Hi, after discussions with the provider, we've sorted out the problem and are now back on track. Thank you to the people who have responded to my question, I really appreciate it.
