I noticed my wife’s birth date had the wrong year and just need to correct that. I submitted a request to them but waiting to hear back.
That's indeed the only way to get it corrected.
Edit in what way? Is the birth date missing or is it wrong? Do you have a mobile pass or a paper pass?
CanNOT do yourself-of course not-just think-anyone would buy a cheap youth pass and then change age?
IF you made a genuine mistake and can prove it with a pic of some ID then wait+hope+pray for assistacne-fill in the form for that and state very clearly when you think to travel-requests are trwated as far as possible to that order
