I have tried contacting customer service through the form, but I haven’t gotten an answer! I have a train booked for Monday that I need to get on but my passport information on the app is wrong and I need to change it! Please help!

There is no Eurail staff in the Community during weekends.

I suggest that you try to log into the request database to check the status of your request.

Use this link to come to the request database.

Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner.

 

Enter your email address and Click " Get a password".

If the system doesn't recognise your email address, then there is no request registered and you need to go back to the start screen and enter a request.

If you get a password, you can then log in and look at the status of your request.


It's too late now but before the pass validity starts, you can deactivate your pass and then activate again with the correct passport number.
