Hi, 

when I was trying to buy the flash sale tickets the website kept being down, I had to rush a few minutes before it ended to get one and I know realize I bought a 1 month ticket instead of a two months one. What do I do? 

Unfortunately I don't think there is much you can do about it. You could try to get in touch with Customer Support, but I doubt that they can do anything. If you contact them be prepared to wait quite some days for an answer as Customer Support is overloaded with issues at the moment.
