My daughter is currently studying in the UK for 4 years and has a student visa. She has an American Passport. Do purchase an Interrail pass for her or can I purchase a Eurorail pass with the rest of our family?

With her US passport, you can also buy a Eurail pass. That way, there's no restriction on travel in the UK.
