I am non-EU Citizen but currently i am living in germany for Study (i am under 27 years old). I am going to travel together with my family from south east asia to germany,  I saw the ticket today, Eurail global pass is even cheaper than the interrail global pass. Therefore, can i buy Eurail-pass instead Interrail pass?

Indeed, it seems the promotional Eurail passes are still available, but not the promotional Interrail passes.

What you qualify for depends on where you live. Although it is highly unlikely that you will be asked to produce proof of residency, if you have a Eurail and a non-European passport. (EU does not come into play here.)
