Exchange global pass

Hello, I bought a global pass 5days for 1 month but I would like to change to 10 days for 2month. I already sent the customer service an email but i still don’t get any reply. So what can I do now?

Have you bought the new pass and sent both pass numbers to Customer Support?

I see that, thanks! No not yet cause the problem is now i already made 1 ticket but I didn’t use it yet. Will it be a problem?

Ja, dat is een small prob-have to delete it-delate all from pass to be givenback, as only completely empty passes-no need to explain that-can be exchanged.

BUt the good news: it will not delete the REServ as such-just add same trip on new pass.
