My interrail france german pass is expired without any activation.
I created an account in September and also created my trip but I didn‘t actived my pass yet. I wanted to travel in November and right now, I wanted to book my trip but the rail planner app says that my pass has been expired?? I neither used nor actived it.
Did anybody experienced something similar?
Or does anybody has a support hotline where I can get help for reactivating my pass?
