Due to a covid that took 4 weeks to recover, i could only use 3 rides and tomorrow my pass expires. Can I extend my validity period due to this exceptional hardship? 

We are generally happy to extend passes with up to 30 days in the event of illness. To request this, please submit a request via customer service you can use link posted by rvdborgt above, or you can send us a DM on Twitter. Please ensure to include your pass number as well as proof of your Covid-19 positive result. We can only extend passes that are still active, so once a pass is expired, this is no longer possible.
