Dear Interrail Team, I have purchased the Interrail global pass for two months. Unfortunately, my dad got cancer which was a major force, and things got very tough for my family and me. Based on these dramatic circumstances with my dad and despite activating the pass, I couldn't use my Interrail ticket, and I immediately returned home. 

I would still like to use this amazing opportunity and travel around Europe when things hopefully get better again... Could you please let me know if there is a possibility of reimbursing my ticket so I can travel with my global interrail pass later in time? Thank you for your understanding and support.
