Hey guys! My question is if I can change the traveling date I set on the app. So if it says that I travel from the 12th of July, could I travel earlier somehow?

It's best not to activate the pass in advance, in case anything happens.

Yes you can change the start date at any point until the start of that day (at midnight). Afterwards it's too late.


If you mean the start date of the pass validity, then go to My Pass, select your pass, tap on the dots at the top right and then choose "Cancel activation”.

If you mean your next travel day, then go to My pass, select your pass, (if needed) select the correct travel day and tap on "Cancel travel day”.

Never activate anything in advance.
