I bought a flexipass 10 days during 2 months. I lost 2 days of traveling (the app is swipping the day) : so when I look back, day 2 and 6 are empty of journey : ‘It’s writing ‘NO JOURNEYS ADDED’ but impossible to use it. I send messages by mail and messager to INTERRAIL, but no solution receveid because of they are too busy. And my pass is ending the 31 of august.
