Is this website fake or real ? As it's showing low prices for France seat reservations.
I have a eu rail pass please check is this valid website to reserve seat, as this website reserves only seats within France, as I have Eurail global pass.

That website is real.
It is real and reliable and belongs to the Belgian railways. But it is at the end not cheaper than to book through the interrail reservation system.

That depends on for how many people you book. The Belgian railways website charges €4 per order (no charge at their ticket offices though), which can be a return for up to 9 people. Interrail charge €2 per person per train.
