German Paper Pass not arrive!

Hi!

I bought German Twin Pass Flexi 7 days via DB website, it indicates that the Pass wil be sent to my home country by post.

However, I've still not received it yet and I will fly to Germany in a few days. 

If I cant get it before leaving, can I refund it and buy a new one at the DB office at Frankfurt airport? I'm so worried and afraid to lose my money. Please help!

If you bought the pass through the DB website you need to contact DB and ask them.
