Does anybody know how to get on the phone with someone at Eurail?  A week before the deadline I requested an extension for my passes that were meant to be used summer 2020, and I haven’t heard back from anyone other than the automated message saying they would try to respond in 4 days.  I’m getting a little worried about the status of my tickets and would like to have someone tell me what’s going to happen.

they have no public phonenumber as they offer their service via mail, Facebook, Twitter or via this Service Request Form

sometimes you can ask @Leo  or @Nanja  (but Nanja is currently not in office) they are the connection between this Community and the service department
