I am sorry if this question had already been answer but I don't find where.
I just want to know if I can use the regional railway in Germany with a global pass (I believe it's possible but I am not sure) or if I need to take a one country pass ?

Of course it's possible.
The Interrail/Eurail Global Pass is valid on almost all European railways
The Global pass allows all the same trains as a single country pass, just in all 33 participating countries. (Remembering of course that an Interrail pass is for European residents and is only valid in your country of residence for a maximum of 2 days.)
