Hi, my paper pass for Greek Islands is about to be late for the start of my trip. I am wondering if I can add my paper pass to the rail Planner app and use it instead of the paper pass?

That is unfortunately not possible.
For future travellers: buy the Greek Islands Pass at your nearest international ticket office. That should also be possible in Poland.
