Greek island pass - can I book a vehicle reservation to take my car?

Hello,

With the 6 days Greek island pass can i reserve a ticket for my car too on Ferries?

Is there a fee to pay?

The Greek Island passes are not intended for car drivers. So a car will have to be paid for separately and I doubt if the pass will then be of any use.
