Hi everyone, we are trying to purchase the 4 days Greek islands pass, but the only options for the pass is paper and the delivery date is all the way in September and we are traveling in August, any help on how to get it faster?

I'm not sure. There were complaints last year that it was not even possible to buy the Interrail Greek Islands pass in Athens. It was possible in 2020 though. Someone recently told me he was able to buy it back then.
It may be worth while to ask Greek railways 1. whether they sell paper Eurail passes anywhere and 2. whether that includes the Eurail Greek Islands pass.
Their webpage about international rail passes still says that Eurail passes (this normally includes the Greek Islands pass) can be issued at Athens railways station:
