Hello! Im greek citizen and I'm interesting about greek island pass for ferries in Greece. To buy this pass, it is necessarily to have also the interail pass?

You can buy the Greek Islands pass separately.
However, One Country Passes (and the Greek Islands pass is such a pass) are not valid in the country of residence of the pass holder. So you can't use it if you live in Greece.
