How do I share my trip when the recipient App does not accept the shared link?

So we are all getting excited to head to Europe on the 10th, but our attempts to share the trip from one Rail Planner app to another results in the link just opening the browser. When we click the button to add it to the app, it just refreshes the browser window with the same options.

When my daughter does exactly the same with a trip she creates, my phone immediately offers the option to import to my Rail Planner app - no browser window. It then successfully adds the trip to my list.

Both are iPhones running the same iOS and RailPlanner app version.

Any help would be appreciated!

Great you got it working.
What was the solution?
My wife’s iPhone is having this exact behaviour.  On my Android I have to open in Chrome to get the “Save”-button working, but “Open in Safari” or even Chrome does anything on the iPhone.

I experience the same issue, would be great to hear what brought the solution or other options to try out.
Switching between Safari and Chrome didn’t solve it for me nor by opening the shared link via messenger or regular text message.
