I desperately need to change the information on my pass and I have contacted customer service about it. They advertise as a 48 hr response time but I have been waiting 4 days now with no response. Has anybody else had this issue before and if so did you end up getting a reply?

Response time depends on urgency. When is your next travel day and did you mention that in your request?


Ah, well I’m not travelling for a while yet so that must be why. And yes I did add that to the request.
