I have already bought a Interrail Global Pass Young for 185 euro. I can travel for 4 days within a month. I found a train from Villach to Copenhagen: 08:33 --> 04:17. This travel is considered as one day (because it last 19 hours approximately) or two ?

There will not be one train from Villach to Copenhagen, but several trains.

All trains that you board between 00.00-23.59 are on the same travel day.

If you board a train before midnight you can stay on that train after midnight without using a new travel day. If you use another train on the arrival day of the night train then you use a new travel day.

as long you catch the last train to Copenhagen before 23.59 it will be just one travelday for the entire route.

It´s better you share the details (screenshot) or atleast the changes you have on the route with the times.
