Hi everyone,

My passport got stolen on one of the journeys and now I want to change my old passport number on my pass to my new passport number, but the pass has already been activated. Can anyone tell me how to change this? I have already contacted support but haven’t heard anything and since I am travelling this monday to the UK I really need to change my pass ID-number to my current number pretty urgently. Anyone have a solution?
