Hi, last week I noticed there was a mistake in my pass 20 minutes before the train I needed to take, when asked about this problem their quick solution was for me to buy a pass of equal value. Since then I haven’t heard back about when I will receive my money back, because I do not need 2 passes and need my money back I have been writing without any answer. Is there anywhere I can call since the mails/ customer service request are not stating anything on when I will have my money back?

Have you made a request for an exchange of passes according to the information in your Interrail/Eurail account?

 

I guess that it will take some weeks or more before you get your money back after you submit an exchange request.
