I tried to contact consumerservice and they are absolutly unreachable and I have an urgent request.
I bought a new phone for my trip, but my pass has been activated on the old one. How can I transfer it to my new one? I have already installed the app on the new one, but the pass does not work.
Do I have to delete the app of my old phone?
