I am traveling in less than 30 mins but i cannot activate the pass it said something went wrong i need help immediately i sent it through email already and open error log

Unfortunately I cannot board the train and I was forced to get out of the train. It was a really bad experience. No one helps me in time. I need a full refund and compensation as I have to leave my researvation fee as well. I also need to change my entire plan including rental car. I have to book new train to Aix en Provence without eurail pass. Looking forward for your reply and refund.


  1. Have you checked if there are any app updates? App version should be 23.2.0, check under More, scroll to the bottom.
  2. Do you have iPhone or Android? Which version?
  3. For a full refund, you need to contact customer service. This community cannot do that.
