Hello! I am planning a trip this spring with my three kids (11, 9 and 9) and can’t buy a pass for 3 kids (limit 2 per adult). Should I buy 2 adult and the 2 kids or am I missing something? We plan to work our way from London to Rome over 3 weeks, if that matters. Thanks! (It won’t let me edit the subject so sorry for the typo.)

You'll need 1 adult, 1 youth and 2 free child passes.

Thank you! That was the info I needed the Youth Pass says “You can use a Youth Pass if you're aged 12 to 27 on your first travel day.” So I was confused about my 11-year old but the link you shared answered that. Thanks!

@rvdborgt  I got email confirmation from the Eurail team that you are correct! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. They did ask if my 11-year old was turning 12 soon (he isn’t) but then came back and said either way I can buy a Youth Pass.
