I need help:

Before starting my trip, I activated the Interail mobile pass on my mobile. This phone broke before I started the interail and now I can't activate the mobile pass on my new phone. How can I activate it on my new mobile, without being able to access the one that is broken? I'm not traveling yet.

The pass is connected to the phone and only Customer Support can disconnect the pass from your broken phone. Only then can you connect your pass to the new phone.

You should immediately contact Customer Support through this form. Customer Support is overloaded with requests so you need to clearly write when you will start travelling,  so that Customer Support can prioritise your request correctly.
