I cannot log into my account. When I click forgotten password I do not get any emails. When I try to create a new account it says address already registered. I probably signed up with Facebook, but I don't understand what that means for passwords.

I cannot find any customer service phone numbers and there is no point going to the station!

I don't know what to do, does anybody have any tips?

What happens when you ask for a new password?

When i try to change password the app tells me there are technical problems.

If you alread have restarted the phone and checked that you have the latest version of the app, then you need to contact Customer Support through this form.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly
