I wanted to exchange this 7-day passe for a 5-day pass, so, as said on the site (https://www.interrail.eu/en/ interrail-passes/ordering-info/refund-exchange-policy)I bought the 5-day one that I actually needed and I asked the refund of the one that I have bought by mistake (the 7-day one), however I haven't received any confirmation email about the refund and I have not received the money
(264-15=249€). Please could you please help me, I don't know if I'm making something wrong or if this just takes a lot of time.

I'm sorry for the issue. We had some technical problems with the refund and exchange processes in our system. Fortunately, those have already been solved on July 25th.

Could you please try to request the exchange again from your account?

If it doesn't work, please send me a screenshot showing the error here. So, I'll be able to report this to our IT team. Please make sure to omit as much personal information as you can from the screenshot you'll send here.
