I have not received my DiscoverEU travel ticket!

Hello everyone, I have sent this email to the three support emails of Interrail, and I was wondering if this situation also happened to another person, because I´m worried this is not normal…

 

Hi, my name is Lara and I have won a #DiscoverEU travel ticket.
After submitting my booking form, I have received an email by
hello@start-discover.eu (on 01/06/2022) saying that they had verified
my identity successfully, but i did not receive any further
informations on my DiscoverEU travel ticket, or the account that
would've been created for me, as it is said after submitting the
booking form:

"Within the hour, you will receive via e-mail your flex pass. The
email has as a subject “Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next”
and is sent from the email address “customerservice@interrail.eu”."

I have already checked my spam, looked everywhere in my email, and
nothing. This email was not sent.

I ask for your help because I am getting worried, I'm afraid that I
won't receive my interrail pass...

You have to send an email to discovereu@interrail.eu

Explain the situation and in one day you will have the pass

This here is just the community and not the Customer Service of Interrail :/

Please fill this form to Contact Interrails Customer Service and mention when you want to travel. (In my opinion you should contact the Discover.eu team aswell (in your confirmation mail that you won you should find informations how to contact them.)

I was just asking if this had happened to other people too, i was not complaining, I know that this is just a community.

I already got a reponse from Discover EU, so it is fixed now.

Only DiscoverEU can help you with this. In the mail you got from DiscoverEU saying that you won a pass there should be information about how to contact them.
