Hello everyone, I have sent this email to the three support emails of Interrail, and I was wondering if this situation also happened to another person, because I´m worried this is not normal…
Hi, my name is Lara and I have won a #DiscoverEU travel ticket.
After submitting my booking form, I have received an email by
hello@start-discover.eu (on 01/06/2022) saying that they had verified
my identity successfully, but i did not receive any further
informations on my DiscoverEU travel ticket, or the account that
would've been created for me, as it is said after submitting the
booking form:
"Within the hour, you will receive via e-mail your flex pass. The
email has as a subject “Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next”
and is sent from the email address “customerservice@interrail.eu”."
I have already checked my spam, looked everywhere in my email, and
nothing. This email was not sent.
I ask for your help because I am getting worried, I'm afraid that I
won't receive my interrail pass...
