Hello 

my paper pass is yet not delivered , I have already start to travel and address for delivery is given in Sweden , where I will be till 10th June.

 

have been trying to reach eurail since 10 days but pass not yet shipped .

 

request to share contact number or guide what should I do as my travel is in 4 days 

When did you order the pass?

What was the delivery date when you ordered the pass?

Have you received a tracking number?

Did you contact Customer Support through this form? Did you in that case clearly state what day you will start travelling?

I ordered pass on 26th May. Delivery date for Sweden was 12th June,

I have filled the form, emailed 5x, mentioned my travel date too.

Yet tracking data is not available.can you help to get it shipped with priority shipping please . 

entire trip will go on a toss if I don’t receive the passes on time . Please help


I also live in Sweden and I ordered my paper pass on the 9th of May. My expected delivery date was 29th of May and I have not yet received any tracking info so my pass has not yet been sent from the Netherlands.

What you can do is to exchange your paper pass for a mobile pass if you don't receive the paper pass on time.

you can only change the pass in mobile pass via Custumer Service via the link https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new that anna already sent.

Contacting Customer Support is best done through this form. You need to clearly state the start day of you travel and if you have request numbers from your previous contacts with Customer Support you should mention them.

I have thought though. If the delivery date for the pass when you ordered it was the 12th of June, and you say that you will leave Sweden on the 10th of June, then the pass has no chance of reaching you in time?
