Good evening, 

I and a friend have activated our interrail passes on an ipad when planning our jouney today. Obviously this is inconvenient as we may not take this with us. We would like you to find a way so that we can have our passes on our respective phones.

Moving a pass to another device can only be done via customer service. Do mention in the request when you need to travel.


i have done this… the issue is that there are two passes on the same device and both need to be moved to different devices.

That shouldn't be a problem. If you mentioned al details in the request, then customer service will get to you.
