I ordered a pass and already payed for it but didn’t get a confirmation EMail… My boyfriend who ordered at the same time got one. Also the website says that there is no booking on my profile… Do you have any ideas what

to do now?

It sounds like perhaps the order didn’t complete, you should contact customer services to resolve this.
