I”ve put today 8 july as the first travel day by mistake because i didn’t know how it worked yet but i want to start travelling later. Can i please somehow cancel it?

You can't cancel this. You have started the validity of the pass and used a travel day.

Do you have a flexi pass or a continuous pass? 

When do you plan to travel?


Flexi pass, i don’t have a date yet , i think in march 2023. I can’t travel now .


Customer Support are the only that might be able to do something about this.  You need to fill in this form.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly.


You need to make sure that no more travel days are used. Have you added any journeys to "My trip"?


Can you post a screen shot of "My Trip"? Remove any personal information.
