Hello, with a GlobalPASS 33 destinations unlimited over 3 months, can I visit my country before leaving to discover Europe?
Or is it just a train at the start and end of the road trip?

The short answer is that you can travel on two days in your country of residence, the outbound and inbound trip. If you want to travel more in your home country you need to purchase a separate ticket for that.
