Inadvertently I cancelled my order. Can I undo this?

Hello! I am a little stressed out, because I just inadvertently canceled my order.

I need the passes soon and I don’t know if I can undo it. Does anyone have experience with this? Should I better instantly order new passes to save some time in case it doesn’t work out?

When you cancel your order, there is nothing our agents can do. In that case, you would have to make a new order from the beginning. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about the reimbursement or any other related subject.
