Inbound/outbound says 2/2 but haven't travel back to homecountry yet.


Hello, 

I am Yannick Grizaud, I have a interrail global pass 2 mouth 

My Pass reference : XXXX

On my phone it’s write : 2/2 used : outbound inbound 

I don’t know why because I’m not already comeback in my country ! (France) 

It’s a Same probleme for my friend (Philippe Ho) pass reference XXXX

This can happen if you have already activated future journeys. For example your inbound journey.

Please go to My Trip and deactivate all journeys for tomorrow and later. If you have a flexipass (X days in Y days/months), then also cancel any future travel days. You can do that from My Pass: select a travel day and tap on Cancel travel day.

If you then still see 2/2 inbound/outbound used, then check in My Trip on which travel days they were used and post screenshots of the journeys from those days.

There should be no in/out on 10 August. Since this is in the past, it has to be solved by customer support. Send them this screenshot.
